Design and site responsibilities
The project agreement must define approved drawings, field measurements, fabrication, installation, engineering responsibility and required permits. Unstamped designs are not represented as engineered or approved. Substrates and site conditions affect installation.
Acceptance and changes
Revisions, dimension discrepancies and access changes require written review. Price, schedule, acceptance and any project-specific warranty are governed by the signed contract.
