Rolldown Screens — Terms
Version 2026-10-06 · Effective October 6, 2026
Impact versus comfort screens
Insect and solar comfort screens must not be used as hurricane-impact protection. An impact system requires its own verified rating and approved configuration. Mesh, controls, motor options and use limitations must be identified in the quotation.
Operation and maintenance
Follow the selected system’s operating, weather, inspection and care instructions. The project agreement separates manufacturer and installation warranties. No guaranteed insurance discount or unsupported heat, privacy or storm rating is promised.
