Concrete and drainage scope
Level Construction provides concrete demolition, placement and finishing, meter locating, and French drain installation. The project agreement must define site conditions, access, dimensions, finish, disposal and drainage scope where applicable. Permit and approval responsibilities must be agreed for the specific project.
Site review and limitations
Meter locating does not establish clearance of all buried utilities. Drainage work is site-specific and does not guarantee a flood-proof property. Final price, schedule, acceptance criteria and any warranty are governed by the signed project agreement.
