Submitted level construction scope, property/site conditions and project notes are used to discuss this service. Do not include sensitive third-party information or private engineering records without a separate agreed process.

Who we are

Mobile Metal Services LLC also does business as Custom Storm Shutters and Level Construction. This policy covers Monumental Railings, Cladding & Custom Work, Staircase Fabrication, Hurricane Shutters, Flood Barriers, Rolldown Screens and Level Construction on this shared website.

Information you choose to provide

When you submit an inquiry, we save your name, contractor/company or residential answers, phone, email, ZIP code, preferred contact method, project notes, optional project files and consent record. Please do not send Social Security numbers, credit details, income, health information or other sensitive information. Uploaded project files are optional and accessible to authorized staff.

How submitted information is used

We use submitted information to respond to your request, assess service scope, maintain business records and administer the website. Our intended inquiry destination is info@mobilemetalservices.com. Email notifications require verified sending setup; a saved inquiry confirmation does not mean an email has been delivered. Contact-request consent does not authorize unrelated marketing calls or texts. Optional email marketing is separate and can be withdrawn.

Contact preferences and text messages

You select phone, text or email contact. Text requests require a separate unchecked consent control identifying Mobile Metal Services LLC / Custom Storm Shutters. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help, or call 407-883-1873. You may choose another method without agreeing to text messages.

Website activity and privacy choices

The current site does not enable visitor-level analytics or email session summaries. Essential operational processing supports security, request submission and administrator sign-in. If optional analytics is activated later, a separate applicable choice will be offered first, with details about service/page events, estimated active time and last observed actions. We do not fingerprint, identify anonymous visitors, record keystrokes or collect unsubmitted form values.

Maps and voluntary location

Opening Google Maps shares information with Google under its own policies. An embedded satellite map, when configured, loads only after you choose it. Browser location is requested only after Use my location. Coordinates are used transiently for your requested directions and are not stored with inquiries or sent to analytics or email. You can enter a starting address instead.

Payments and financing

This website does not currently accept payments or collect credit applications. Financing is not offered unless actual merchant-specific eligibility and approved links are configured. Any future credit application remains on the financing provider’s secure website; asking for a link does not authorize a credit pull.

Providers, access and security

Lovable Cloud provides hosting and private inquiry storage. Google processes information when you open its maps. Authorized staff may access submitted inquiries to respond and administer business records. Service-provider access is limited to its function. We do not sell inquiry data. We use access controls and validation, but no transmission or storage system is absolutely secure.

Retention and your requests

We retain inquiry and consent records for the time reasonably needed for response, business records and applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us; we verify requests as needed and explain any applicable retention limits. Data already sent to an inbox is subject to mailbox retention and cannot be automatically recalled. No visitor analytics retention promise applies before that optional system is enabled.
