Custom work definition
Materials, finishes, dimensions, drawing requirements and installation scope are agreed for each quoted project. Site and substrate conditions must be reviewed before installation. No particular alloy, process, engineering certification or performance is promised by a general inquiry.
Scope changes
Changes after quotation require agreement on revised scope, price and timing. Engineering responsibility, acceptance criteria and any warranty must be specified in the project contract.
